Job summary

TRUST RECRUIT PTE. LTD. is seeking an IT Operations professional in Singapore to manage and maintain diverse IT infrastructure, including Windows Server, AD, Exchange, Office 365, and cloud platforms.

You will monitor systems, troubleshoot incidents, and ensure backups and security updates are applied, while supporting virtualization environments and ongoing IT operations.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• 3-5 years of experience in IT Operations, System Infrastructure, or Cloud Administration.
• Hands-on experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, Office 365, Azure or AWS.
• Knowledge of VMware, Hyper-V, Nutanix, backup solutions (Veeam/Veritas), TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.
• Basic understanding of networking and IT security.
• Relevant Microsoft, Azure, or AWS certifications are an advantage.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
