Job summary

Tangspac Consulting Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks an experienced IT Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end recruitment, sourcing top IT professionals and placing them with clients in a fast-paced environment.

You will build relationships with clients, develop sourcing strategies, negotiate offers, and maintain a strong pipeline while meeting recruitment targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience as a Recruitment Consultant (IT sector essential).
• Proven track record in candidate sourcing and successful placements.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing IT candidates.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their technical hiring needs.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates across multiple platforms.
• Maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive IT talent.
• Negotiate offers and support both clients and candidates through the onboarding process.
• Meet individual and team recruitment targets while delivering exceptional customer service.
