Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day IT project activities and support project execution.
• Track timelines, milestones, deliverables, approvals, action items, and follow-ups.
• Arrange project meetings, workshops, and stakeholder discussions.
• Prepare agendas, minutes of meetings, presentation materials, and follow-up notes.
• Maintain project trackers, reports, schedules, and documentation.
• Support weekly and monthly project status reporting.
• Follow up with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders on pending tasks and approvals.
• Maintain organized and up-to-dated project documentation.
• Support project governance, reviews, sign-offs, and submission deadlines.
• Coordinate with technical teams on testing schedules, deployment preparation, and operational support activities where required.
• Support issue tracking and escalation coordination when needed.

• You will work closely with project managers, technical teams, vendors, and stakeholders to help keep project activities organized, timelines visible, and follow-ups on track.

Required Skills:

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, business information systems, project management, engineering, or a related discipline.
• Fresh graduates, career starters, or candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience are welcome.
• Strong organizational, coordination, and time management skills.
• Good attention to detail and follow-up discipline.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable coordinating with multiple teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and changing priorities.
• Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Basic understanding of IT projects, SDLC, system implementation, testing, or deployment is an advantage.
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, MS Project, or MS Teams is useful but not mandatory.
• Willingness to learn and work in a structured IT project environment.
