Job summary

Moody’s Industry Practice Lead (IPL) in Singapore will leverage extensive regulatory experience to engage senior stakeholders, shape solution design, and advance Moody’s regulatory technology across APAC. You will translate evolving regulatory themes into actionable product requirements and guide multi-disciplinary teams to deliver value to clients.

Based in Moody’s Singapore office, you will partner with sales and product groups, lead thought leadership initiatives, and drive market engagement

Qualifications

• Minimum 8-10 years of experience in Financial Regulatory, Central Banking and/or consulting services.
• Familiarity with regional and global FS regulatory landscape and market trends including financial stability, climate risk, third party risk and compliance, AML responsible AI and governance is needed
• Experience in policy development, financial stability, supervision, regulatory oversight as part of a regulatory body is preferred
• Excellent presentation skills, able to engage and communicate effectively as part of C-suit and Board discussions. Public speaking experience is preferred including the ability effectively communicate complex, technical issues to non-expert audiences
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment, and demonstrated ability to work in a high-pressure, deadline-oriented environment
• Basic understanding of artificial intelligence concepts, with curiosity and enthusiasm for learning how AI tools can be used to improve processes and drive efficiency. Interest in exploring AI systems and a willingness to develop awareness of responsible AI practices, including risk management and ethical use

• Serve as Industry Practice Lead (IPL) based in Singapore office with deep technical expertise.
• Establish credibility and confidence in Moody’s solutions through sales activities and thought leadership.
• Lead solution design to address client needs and define Moody’s value proposition.
• Facilitate go-to-market activities, internal training, and product development alignment.
• Act as trusted advisor to senior stakeholders and client C-Suite to maintain and grow relationships.
• Translate market themes and regulatory requirements into product requirements for future-proof solutions.
• Drive market insight content and coach sales professionals and related teams.
• Conduct training sessions on customer use cases and workflows.
