Zhenghe Logistics PTE. LTD. is seeking an Indoor Sales Support Executive to assist our commercial team with customer enquiries, quotation follow-up, cold calling and telemarketing.

The role focuses on air freight and local trucking support, requiring strong customer communication and diligent follow-up. You will respond to inquiries, prepare quotations, and support day-to-day freight forwarding sales activities while maintaining accurate records in our in-house system.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in Freight Forwarding or logistics.
• Experience with airfreight quotations and rate structures.
• Knowledge of trucking coordination and delivery arrangements.
• Proficient in MS Office; ability to manage data in in-house system.
• Strong communication and follow-up discipline.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, phone, and channels.

About the Role

Zhenghe Logistics is looking for amotivated Indoor Sales Support Executive to support our commercial team in customer enquiries, quotation follow-up, coldcalling, telemarketing and day-to-day freight forwarding sales support. Therole is focused mainly on air freight and local trucking support, with strongcustomer communication and follow-up discipline.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customerenquiries via email, telephone and other communication channels.


• Prepare and follow up on airfreight and local trucking quotations.


• Conduct cold calling andtelemarketing activities to generate new business opportunities.


• Support Business Developmentand Sales activities through customer follow-up and account support.


• Understand customer shipmentrequirements including cargo type, dimensions, weight, pick-up and delivery details.


• Source and compare rates fromairlines, transport providers, overseas agents and internal operations teams.


• Qualify enquiries beforerequesting rates by collecting accurate shipment and service details.


• Follow up on quotations andassist in converting enquiries into confirmed shipments.


• Maintain customer records,quotation details and sales activities in the company in-house system.


• Provide professional customerservice and assist with other sales administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Freight Forwarding, Logistics, Air Freight, Transportation or related industry


• Good understanding of airfreight quotation, shipment process and basic freight rate structure.


• Good understanding of local trucking, delivery arrangements and transport coordination.


• Experience handling customer enquiries, rate requests and quotation follow-up.


• Comfortable with cold calling, telemarketing and regular customer follow-up.


• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and Microsoft Office applications.


• Experience using freight forwarding software or company in-house systems.


• Strong communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.


• Able to work independently and manage multiple enquiries at the same time.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Incoterms and common freight forwarding terminology.


• Experience dealing with airlines, transport providers, overseas agents and internal operations teams.


• Basic understanding of sea freight FCL/LCL will be an added advantage, but this is not the main focus of the role.


• Positive attitude, customer service mindset and willingness to grow into a stronger commercial role.
