Search Personnel Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an Indoor Sales Support / Customer Service Executive to assist bookings, rates and customer coordination within a busy logistics environment. This permanent position offers stability and opportunities in a fast-paced industry.

You will file freight rates, arrange carrier bookings, support the sales team and liaise with customers on shipment issues, contributing to smooth operations and strong customer service.

Qualifications

• 2 years of relevant logistics, sales support or customer service experience.
• Candidates without relevant experience may also be considered.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Organised, proactive and willing to learn.

• Working Days: Monday to Friday
• Working Hours: 8.30AM to 5.30PM
• Salary: Basic up to $3,500 + AWS + Performance Bonus
• Benefits: 14 Days Annual Leave + Company Trip
• Duration: Permanent
