As part of our ongoing business expansion, we are looking for a dynamic and driven Indoor Sales Representative to join our growing sales team!

Job Responsibilities
  • Prospecting & Lead Generation
    • Research and identify potential customers through various channels.
    • Generate new leads and follow up on inbound inquiries.
    • Develop opportunities by understanding customer needs and presenting suitable solutions.
  • Sales & Closing
    • Provide quotations, respond to customer questions, and negotiate to close deals.
    • Sell products remotely via phone, email, social platforms, and online channels.
    • Work closely with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Social Media & Online Sales
    • Manage and respond to customer inquiries received through social media platforms.
    • Promote products through online channels such as Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, and other digital platforms.
    • Upload product information, update listings, and assist with online campaigns to drive traffic and sales.
    • Support online customer engagement by providing prompt responses, product recommendations, and closing online sales.
  • Customer Relationship Management
    • Build and maintain long-term relationships with prospective and existing customers.
    • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty through consistent communication and follow-up.
  • Customer Support
    • Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and provide post-sales support.
    • Follow up to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
  • Administrative & Coordination Tasks
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the CRM system.
    • Prepare sales reports and assist with documentation.
    • Collaborate with marketing and field sales teams to support overall business growth.
Job Requirements
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Sales Skills: Confident in presenting, negotiating, and closing sales deals.
  • Customer Service: Proactive, patient, and committed to delivering excellent customer experience.
  • Product Knowledge: Willingness to learn and understand safety products and PPE to effectively communicate value.
  • Personal Attributes: Confident, driven, persistent, and goal-oriented with a positive attitude.
  • Experience: Prior sales experience in B2B or the safety equipment industry is an added advantage.
Salary & Working Hours

Salary Range: $2,200 – $2,500 (based on experience)

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 6:00pm

Work Arrangement: Full-time, office-based indoor sales role
