Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in inside sales or customer-support roles.

• Organised and able to manage multiple enquiries and orders.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and other channels.
• Recommend suitable products and solutions from industrial/engineering range.
• Prepare quotations, sales orders, tenders and other sales docs.
• Follow up quotations to convert sales, support order processing.
