Job summary

ALSTERN MARINE & OFFSHORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a friendly, outgoing Sales Executive to grow our local medicine business and support overseas accounts in Singapore.

Based in Ubi/MacPherson, this full-time role includes on-the-job training and the opportunity to develop new and existing customer relationships while coordinating with internal teams and freight forwarders for smooth export processes.

Qualifications

• Diploma, "A" Level or equivalent preferred.
• Friendly and confident in communicating with customers.
• Proactive and motivated to achieve sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Promote medicines, medical supplies and related products to local marine customers.
• Engage existing customers, prospective customers and ad-hoc buyers.
• Understand customers' needs and recommend suitable products.
• Follow up on enquiries, quotations and sales opportunities.
• Develop new accounts and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Handle overseas customers' enquiries and orders.
• Prepare quotations, sales orders, invoices and export documents.
• Coordinate packing, delivery and shipments with internal teams and freight forwarders.
• Monitor orders and maintain accurate sales and export records.
• Support the development of new overseas customers and distributors.

Sales Executive - Local Medicine & Overseas Sales

Alstern Marine & Offshore Pte Ltd is an established and growing company serving customers in Singapore and overseas. We are looking for a friendly, outgoing and customer-focused Sales Executive to expand our local medicine business and support overseas customer accounts.

Key Responsibilities

Local Medicine Sales

• Promote medicines, medical supplies and related products to local marine customers.
• Engage existing customers, prospective customers and ad-hoc buyers.
• Understand customers' needs and recommend suitable products.
• Follow up on enquiries, quotations and sales opportunities.
• Develop new accounts and maintain strong customer relationships.

Overseas Sales Support

• Handle overseas customers' enquiries and orders.
• Prepare quotations, sales orders, invoices and export documents.
• Coordinate packing, delivery and shipments with internal teams and freight forwarders.
• Monitor orders and maintain accurate sales and export records.
• Support the development of new overseas customers and distributors.

Requirements

• Diploma, "A" Level or equivalent qualification preferred. Applicants with relevant skills and experience may also be considered.
• Friendly, approachable and confident in communicating with customers.
• Proactive, customer-focused and motivated to achieve sales targets.
• Good spoken and written English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Sales, customer-service or export-coordination experience is an advantage.
• Responsible, organised and able to work independently.
