Job summary

Alstern Marine & Offshore Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Sales Support Specialist to assist local and overseas customers. You will manage communications, prepare shipping documents, coordinate deliveries, and liaise with warehouses to ensure timely order fulfillment.

You should have at least 2 years of local/export sales support experience, a minimum O levels, and proficiency in MS Office. Strong English and Chinese communication will help you engage with diverse customers and support

Qualifications

• Minimum O Levels qualification.
• At least 2 years of experience in local and export sales support.

Responsibilities

• Follow up proactively with customers via email and telephone to address inquiries and maintain relationships
• Monitor sales activities and provide timely sales support to local and international customers
• Generate accurate Delivery Orders and Invoices to facilitate order processing
• Prepare Performa Invoices and Packing Lists for export shipments to ensure compliance and smooth customs clearance
• Arrange and coordinate deliveries for customer orders, ensuring timely and accurate shipment
• Liaise with Store/Warehouse teams to manage pick-and-pack operations for order fulfillment
