Job summary

Search Personnel Pte Ltd is hiring an Indoor Sales Executive in Pasir Panjang, Singapore. The role is permanent with working hours from Monday to Friday, 8:30am–5:30pm. Salary is up to $4,200 monthly base, plus performance bonus and medical benefits. Location is walking distance from Pasir Panjang MRT.

You will handle inquiries, pursue leads, upsell products, and coordinate with Sales and Warehouse teams to ensure timely fulfilment and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales or related discipline.
• At least three years of relevant indoor/inside sales experience.
• Good understanding of sales processes, lead follow-up and customer conversion.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM/order-management systems.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and following up on leads.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries via phone and other channels professionally.
• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and follow up on sales leads.
