Job summary

REERACOEN SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking an Indoor Sales Coordinator to handle inbound inquiries, prepare quotations and manage orders. The role requires familiarity with ERP systems and coordination across multiple stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

You will work a 5.5-day week, with Saturdays as needed for urgent matters. Minimum qualification: GCE A Level or equivalent, 1–2 years of relevant experience, and ability to liaise with customers effectively.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE 'A' Level or equivalent qualification.
• 1–2 years of indoor sales coordinator experience handling inbound inquiries and quotations.
• Experience using ERP systems such as SAP or Asurix.

Indoor Sales Coordinator (37953)

Location: Leng Kee Road

【Responsibilities】

• Handle all inbound enquiries sent through emails, faxes, or calls.
• Prepare quotations and advise on lead time for deliveries.
• Be familiar with different product ranges that FS is offering.
• Liaise and coordinate with various stakeholders regarding order confirmations and delivery/logistics details.
• Maintain good rapport with both new and existing customers.
• Differentiate cost mark-ups used for different categories of customers.
• Ensure customers' orders/requirements are processed efficiently.
• Provide necessary support to individual divisions.
• Check customer PO against your quotation before handing over to Order Processing to process the order
• Perform any other tasks as may be assigned from time to time.

【Requirements & Preferences】

• Minimum GCE 'A' Level or equivalent qualification.
• 1 to 2 years of indoor sales coordinator experience (handling inbound inquiries and preparing quotations & POs)
• Experience using ERP systems; ideally, such as SAP / Asurix
• Comfortable working a 5.5-day work week. Office attendance on Saturdays is flexible and will only be required for urgent matters or as requested by the supervisor.
