Allinton Engineering & Trading Pte Ltd invites an enthusiastic Internal Sales Executive to join our Singapore team. You will handle customer inquiries, prepare quotations, and support outdoor sales while coordinating with procurement, warehouse and logistics to ensure accurate order fulfilment.

You will maintain customer records in our ERP system, build strong client relationships, and contribute to sales reporting and forecasts.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Business, Engineering, or related fields.
• 1–2 years in sales support or customer service.
• Strong communication, organizational and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with ERP systems is an advantage.
• Team player and collaborative across departments.

Responsibilities

• Handle inquiries by phone, email and walk-ins with timely responses.
• Prepare and follow up quotations, sales orders and tenders.

Position Overview

We are looking for a proactive and customer-oriented Internal Sales Executive to join our sales team. This role is focused on handling customer inquiries, preparing quotations, supporting outdoor sales, and ensuring smooth coordination across departments to provide outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming sales inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins, providing timely and accurate responses.
• Prepare and follow up on quotations, sales orders, and tenders.
• Support Outdoor Sales Executives in managing accounts and fulfilling customer requirements.
• Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure accurate and timely order fulfilment.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by delivering excellent service.
• Maintain and update customer records in the company’s ERP system.
• Monitor stock availability and liaise with suppliers for product sourcing when necessary.
• Provide administrative support for sales reports, forecasts, and documentation.
• Assist in resolving customer issues, complaints, and after-sales queries.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Business, Engineering, or related fields (preferred but not mandatory).
• 1–2 years of experience in sales support, customer service, or related functions.
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Detail-oriented with a proactive attitude in problem-solving.
• Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with ERP systems is an advantage.
