Job summary

Private Advertiser in Singapore is seeking an Indoor Sales Executive to handle customer enquiries, prepare and follow up quotations, and grow relationships with key accounts in close collaboration with operations and sales teams.

You will support strategic and tactical planning, manage aftersales with operations, and contribute to achieving business goals while maintaining a strong client focus.

About the role

An Indoor Sales Executive role responsible for handling customer enquiries, managing quotations, and growing relationships with key accounts while working closely with the operations and sales teams to support business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Handle, prepare and follow up quotations for customer enquiries
• Work closely with operations team on aftersales matters
• Assist Sales Manager to participate and contribute to planning and meeting both long term and short-term business plan goals at both a strategic and tactical level
• Manage and grow relationships with key and house account customers
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
