Job summary

SYNIX TECHNOLOGY PTE. LTD. is seeking a motivated Indoor Sales Executive in Singapore (location: Ubi) to handle customer enquiries, recommend products, and process orders while achieving sales targets.

You will maintain strong relationships and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment. The role requires excellent communication, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in indoor sales, telesales, customer service, or related roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Effective negotiation and follow-up skills to drive sales conversions.
• Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and email usage.
• Target-oriented with motivation to achieve and exceed sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and walk-ins to provide accurate information and support.
• Assess customer needs to recommend appropriate products or services that meet their requirements.
• Prepare and deliver quotations, process orders efficiently, and follow up on pending enquiries to ensure timely closure.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with existing customers and identify opportunities to develop new business.
• Regularly follow up with customers to convert enquiries into confirmed sales.
• Collaborate with sales, warehouse, and delivery teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer and sales records for reporting and analysis.
• Address customer concerns professionally and provide timely, effective solutions to enhance customer experience.
• Prepare basic sales reports and provide regular updates to management on sales performance and customer feedback.
