• Client & Partner Relations: Respond to technical inquiries and RFQs; build relationships.
• Target Reporting: Submit weekly activity, forecasts, and visit logs to management.
• Marketing & Operations Support: Assist marketing campaigns and other tasks as assigned.

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive Sales Engineer (Technical) to drive product, system, calibration, and service sales. In this role, you will play a key part in securing new business opportunities, managing client accounts, and delivering technical solutions to achieve target revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Account & Sales Management: Manage client accounts, driving sales for technical systems, products, calibration, and in-house engineering services.


• Business Development: Conduct cold calling, perform client visits, and identify new market segments and opportunities to build a robust sales pipeline.


• Commercial Execution: Prepare competitive quotations, deliver product presentations, handle negotiations, and close sales aligned with business targets.


• Client & Partner Relations: Respond promptly to technical inquiries and RFQs, building strong, long-term relationships with customers and vendors.


• Target Achievement & Reporting: Meet and exceed assigned revenue metrics, submitting weekly activity reports, sales forecasts, and visit logs to management.


• Marketing & Operational Support: Support company marketing campaigns and execute additional tasks assigned by management.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Minimum Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field.


• Experience: 1–2 years of relevant experience in technical or industrial sales.


• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with hydraulics and hands-on experience using AutoCAD or Solidworks will be advantageous.


• Mobility: A valid driving license, access to reliable transport, or willingness to travel frequently for on-site customer visits.


• Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, and interpersonal communication skills.v
