AT-SUNRICE GLOBALCHEF ACADEMY PTE. LTD. is seeking an Assistant Manager, Student Recruitment – India Market based in Singapore. You will lead India recruitment initiatives, manage overseas partnerships, and drive enrolments through a data-driven approach using 4DA and SuperMATH tools.

You will collaborate with Marketing, Admissions, and Academic teams to achieve enrolment and revenue targets while managing end-to-end recruitment and travel as required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in sales, business development or digital marketing.
• Digital savviness with CRM tools and analytics.
• Ability to learn quickly and work cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute India recruitment plans and campaigns to meet enrolment targets.
• Manage recruitment funnel from enquiry to enrolment and optimize conversion rates.
• Cultivate relationships with education agents, overseas representatives and partners in India.
• Identify market opportunities, monitor trends and coordinate recruitment events and webinars.
• Ensure a positive candidate journey from first enquiry to enrolment.
• Utilize CRM tools and digital channels to manage pipelines and productivity.
• Track leads, applications, offers and enrolments; report insights to management.
• Travel to India for partner meetings and recruitment activities as needed.
