Job summary

The Singapore Institute of Management Group is seeking a proactive Education Recruitment professional to drive local student recruitment in Singapore. You will promote the SIM brand, design local engagement plans and support admissions through excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree with 1–8 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience in planning and executing recruitment events or campaigns.
• Experience in customer service and sales-conversion processes.
• Good understanding of Singapore’s higher education landscape.
• Strong stakeholder-management, communication and presentation skills.
• Willing to work on weekends or weekday evenings when required.
• Prior student recruitment experience and a strong network in Singapore preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promote the SIM brand-name and plan local student recruitment strategies.
• Attend customer inquiries via walk-ins, phone, email, live chat and recommend education pathways.
• Assist applicants with programme applications and document checks to speed admissions.
• Build product knowledge and comply with policies while improving service.
• Ensure quality standards for the department.
• For Senior Education Specialist level: supervise day-to-day operations and coach team members.
• Follow up on leads and maintain leads follow-up reports.
• Manage event lifecycle from concept to post-event evaluation and coordinate logistics.
• Plan and leverage community engagement to build awareness and SIM brand.
• Coordinate Lunch & Learns, corporate talks and engagement events.
