Job summary

AT-SUNRICE GLOBALCHEF ACADEMY PTE. LTD. is seeking a dynamic Coordinator to drive sales, engage clients, and manage event support. You will coordinate inquiries, handle bookings, and ensure a seamless experience across campus events and programs.

The role involves administering student enrollments, maintaining accurate records in SIS/LMS, and leveraging HubSpot and social media for outreach. Mandarin Chinese proficiency is preferred to assist Chinese-speaking clientele.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in F&B, hospitality or events with customer service.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Chinese preferred to support Chinese-speaking clientele.
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM platforms like HubSpot.

Responsibilities

• Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities and convert prospects into qualified meetings.
• Account Management: Maintain strong relationships with existing clients for repeat business.
• Client Retention: Understand client needs and offer value-added solutions to maximise engagement.
• Customer Service: Coordinate and support on-site execution during events to ensure a seamless client experience.
• Event & Facility Administration: Manage inquiries, bookings, and logistics for events and facilities.
• Support weekend and event day operations as required.
• Student Admin & CRM: Enrol students in TP Gateway and keep SIS/LMS records up to date.
• Utilise CRM (HubSpot) and social media (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram) for outreach.
