Job summary

AT-SUNRICE GLOBALCHEF ACADEMY PTE. LTD. is seeking a Senior Executive, Recruitment & Marketing to coordinate and execute recruitment campaigns, oversee CRM in HubSpot, and support overseas representatives.

You will work with Marketing, Admissions and sales to produce content, manage events, and ensure data hygiene in the CRM while delivering timely reports and campaigns. This role involves local and international markets and close collaboration with internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Marketing or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in recruitment/marketing/sales operations.
• Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM is preferred.
• Comfortable managing social media content and editing short‑form videos.
• Proficient with Canva, CapCut or similar tools.
• Strong MS Office / Google Workspace skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and cross‑market coordination.

Responsibilities

• Support development and execution of recruitment marketing campaigns for local and international markets.
• Plan and coordinate recruitment-focused social media content aligned with programmes, intakes, events and campaigns.
• Capture and edit short-form video content including testimonials, alumni stories, and events.
• Coordinate content calendars and ensure campaigns activate on schedule.
• Maintain CRM data hygiene and generate regular reports on leads and campaigns.
• Coordinate Overseas Representatives (ORs), onboarding, materials, webinars and training.
• Coordinate logistics for Open Houses, education fairs, webinars, events and partner visits.
• Provide administrative support to Recruitment sales representatives and maintain trackers and reports.
• Consolidate weekly recruitment performance and support management reporting.
