Job summary

Gentle Smile Dental Care in Singapore is seeking a proactive front desk administrator to deliver a high level of service to patients, manage reception duties, and support clinical staff. The role requires excellent communication and IT literacy, with responsibilities including appointment scheduling,Payments, and insurance queries.

Work week is 5.5 days (Mon-Fri 9-6, Sat 9-1). The clinic, located at Wheelock Place beside Orchard MRT, offers a profit-linked incentive and a collaborative team

Qualifications

• At least a Secondary School Certificate / O-Level.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• IT literate and familiar with clinic software and email.

Responsibilities

• Provide high level of service to patients, ensuring comfort and reassurance.
• Handle front office duties: manage patient relations, register patients, schedule appointments, provide dental information, handle enquiries, assist with insurance/Medisave/CHAS/PG claims, collect payments.
• Prepare treatment rooms and maintain equipment and clinic hygiene.
• Perform general administrative and ad-hoc duties.
