Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd in Singapore is hiring for a Contact Centre role on a 1-year contract. You will handle inbound calls for accounts servicing, campaigns and product enquiries, and assist with helpdesk inquiries. You will ensure compliance and maintain confidentiality of customer information.

Salary ranges from SGD 2,600 to SGD 3,700 per month, depending on experience. Monday to Friday 9 AM to 6:30 PM. We regret that only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for interviews.

Qualifications

• Inbound call handling for accounts servicing, campaigns, product enquiries and helpdesk requests.
• Ensure follow-through on case handling and customer communications.
• Ensure group compliance and confidentiality in handling customer enquiries and transactions.
• Assist in duties and projects as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Fulfillment follow through on case handling and with customers.
• Ensure group compliance & control standards are observed and met in the execution of customers’ enquiries, transaction requests and maintaining confidentiality of Bank and customers’ information.
