Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a customer service professional for a 1-year contract at Alexandra/Pasir Panjang. You will handle inbound calls for accounts servicing, campaigns and product enquiries, and support helpdesk queries.

You will ensure compliance, complete transactions with accuracy, and assist on projects as assigned. Shift work including weekends/public holidays and overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience in contact centre or customer service role.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Able to work overtime as required.

Responsibilities

• Inbound call handling for accounts servicing, campaigns, products enquiries and helpdesk enquiries.
• Fulfillment follow through on case handling with customers.
• Ensure group compliance & control standards are observed and met in the execution of customers’ enquiries, transaction requests and maintaining confidentiality of Bank and customers’ information
• Assist in any duties and projects as assigned
