Job summary

Fuku by Momofuku is seeking an In-House Recruitment Specialist to source cleaners, security officers and frontline staff across the Group. This active, people-focused role requires regular visits to project sites and community locations in Singapore.

If you are proactive and results-oriented, training will be provided. Responsibilities include recruitment coordination, engagement, retention, and onboarding, with opportunities to work closely with HR, Operations and Site Managers.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE ‘N’ Level or equivalent.
• Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition or candidate sourcing is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to travel frequently between project sites.
• Proactive and resourceful with a hands-on approach.

Responsibilities

• Source and engage candidates at project sites such as coffee shops and shopping malls.
• Recruit frontline staff including cleaners and security officers to meet manpower needs.
• Explain job opportunities, salaries, hours and benefits clearly.
• Build and maintain a candidate database.
• Coordinate referrals, interviews, onboarding and transfers.
• Provide recruitment updates to Head of Operations and Site Managers.

Key Responsibilities

Frontline Recruitment & Candidate Sourcing

• Source and engage candidates through outreach at project sites such as coffee shops and shopping malls.
• Recruit cleaners, security officers and other frontline employees to meet the Group’s manpower needs.
• Explain job opportunities, salaries, working hours and employment benefits clearly.
• Build and maintain a candidate database to support ongoing hiring.

Part-Time to Full-Time Recruitment

• Identify part-time employees interested in full-time opportunities.
• Match employees with suitable vacancies and coordinate conversions with HR and Operations.

Employee Engagement & Staff Retention

• Visit project sites to understand employees’ concerns and reasons for considering resignation.
• Explore suitable site transfers or alternative roles within the Group.
• Build positive relationships with frontline employees and work with Operations to improve staff retention.

Recruitment Coordination & Onboarding

• Work with HR and Operations to identify manpower shortages and hiring priorities.
• Coordinate employee referrals, interviews, onboarding, site transfers and manpower deployment.
• Follow up on recruitment cases to ensure timely placement.

Recruitment Reporting

• Maintain accurate records of candidate sourcing, successful hires, full-time conversions, resignations and transfers.
• Provide regular recruitment updates to the Head of Operations and Site Managers.
• Highlight manpower challenges and recommend practical follow-up actions.

Requirements

• Minimum GCE ‘N’ Level or equivalent.
• Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, candidate sourcing, manpower coordination, cleaning services or security services is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage people from diverse backgrounds.
• Proactive, resourceful and comfortable approaching candidates in person.
• Willing to travel frequently between project sites.
• Results-oriented, with an interest in recruitment, employee engagement and staff retention.
