PERSOL is recruiting on behalf of a well‑established A1 main contractor in the construction sector for a Contracts Manager in Singapore. You will oversee contractual advisory across project stages, manage risk and claims, and drive governance and process improvements.

You will liaise with internal and external stakeholders, applying strong analytical thinking to protect project and company interests. This is a challenging, fast‑paced role with impact opportunities.

Competenze

• Degree in Built Environment or related field.
• In-depth knowledge of PSSCOC; familiarity with SIA, REDAS and NEC is a plus.
• Minimum 10 years of contract negotiation, administration and management.
• A high level of integrity, dependability with urgency and results orientation.
