Job summary

PERSOL Singapore is seeking a Contract Specialist to manage end-to-end contract review, drafting and negotiations. You will coordinate input from Sales, Product, Finance, Quality, Supply Chain, Trade Compliance and Legal to ensure timely execution of commercial agreements.

The role requires 3–5 years in contract review or management, with strong knowledge of risk, compliance and standard templates. Singapore-based, on-site role with responsibilities across customer and supplier contracts.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in commercial contract review or contract management.
• Experience supporting negotiations for customer and supplier agreements.
• Knowledge of liability, indemnity, IP, confidentiality, termination, governing law.
• Ability to identify material risks and advise practical solutions.
• Experience drafting and negotiating contracts in-house.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate input, reviews and approvals from Sales, Product, Finance, Quality, Supply Chain, Trade Compliance and Legal stakeholders.
• Review customer and supplier agreements, amendments, confidentiality agreements and other commercial documents.
• Maintain complete records of contract status, approval evidence, negotiation history and executed agreements.
• Assess legal, commercial, financial, operational and compliance risks, escalating material issues and non-standard provisions where appropriate.
• Provide preliminary comments, drafting suggestions and risk-mitigation recommendations in line with approved templates, policies and review guidelines.
• Work with relevant teams to understand transaction objectives, negotiation priorities and operational requirements.
• Support contract negotiations by balancing suitable risk protection with the timely completion of agreements.
• Track outstanding actions and follow up with internal and external stakeholders to meet agreed timelines.
• Contribute to improvements in contract templates, review procedures, workflows and training materials.
• Perform other contract-management and commercial-support duties as assigned.
