Job summary

WMG PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a detail-oriented logistics coordinator to manage consignees delivery, documentation, and inquiries, liaising with vendors and regulatory bodies to ensure smooth service execution.

You will handle permit applications, monitor vendor performance, issue invoices, and maintain accurate records while meeting tight deadlines. Fluent English and Mandarin, MS Office proficiency, and a Customs Declarant Agent ID are required.

Qualifications

• Diploma holder or higher in any field.
• Fluent English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speakers.
• Proficient with MS Office tools.
• Knowledge/experience in customs import declaration regulations.
• Must have a Custom Declarant Agent ID.
• Able to start immediately or on short notice.

Responsibilities

• Attend to consignees' delivery, documentation, and queries.
• Prepare, submit, and follow up on permit and regulatory applications.
• Coordinate with vendors on service execution and operational matters.
• Monitor vendor performance and SLA compliance.
• Issue client invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
• Submit Purchase Orders (PO) and Requests for Funds (RF).
• Validate vendor billing and resolve discrepancies with Finance.
• Maintain accurate operational, compliance, and billing records.
• Proactively flag operational, vendor, or compliance risks.
