RMS MARINE & OFFSHORE SERVICE PTE. LTD. is seeking a meticulous Customs Permit Declarant to prepare and submit permit applications, check shipment documentation, and support timely cargo clearance under Zero-GST Warehouse and MES schemes.

You will verify HS codes, duties, and GST, coordinate with warehouses and customers, monitor permit status, and ensure compliance with TradeNet and related customs software.

Qualifications

• O Level / Professional Certificate / NiTEC / Diploma in Supply chain management.
• 1–2 years of experience in ship agent or related role.
• Hands-on with TradeNet and customs declaration software.
• Familiarity with HS classification, duties and GST.
• Passed SC 401 or willing to complete training.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Strong attention to detail and able to meet shipment deadlines.
• Good coordination and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and submit import/export/transhipment permit applications via Tradenet.
• Handle declarations for Zero-GST warehouses and MES.
• Verify documents: invoices, packing lists, B/Ls, etc.
• Coordinate with warehouse, customers, and authorities to support clearance.
• Monitor permit status and resolve errors or cancellations.
• Maintain accurate permit/shipment records for compliance.
• Ensure HS codes, cargo descriptions, and duties are correct.
