The role involves liaising with Customs on permit documents, submitting VDP/AED matters, and monitoring permit-related inquiries to ensure smooth import/export processes. Knowledge of Singapore Customs procedures and HS codes is essential, with SC401 customs competency being a plus.

Qualificações

• Handle permit queries and permit declarations.
• Respond to customs related queries for customers.
• Liaise with Customs on permit documents and submissions.
• Submit VDP, AED failures, overseas customs compounds for customers.
• Monitor permit requests and queries from customers.
• Manage Trade Net operations.
• SC401 customs competency test is desirable.
• All types of IMPORT/EXPORT/Transshipment permits.
• Basic knowledge of Singapore Customs procedures & HS Codes.

Responsabilidades

• Handle permit queries and declarations for clients.
• Coordinate with Customs on permit documents and submissions.
• Submit VDP, AED issues, and overseas customs compounds as needed.
• Track permit requests and respond to customer inquiries promptly.
• Oversee Trade Net operations related tasks.
• Leverage SC401 knowledge to support compliance.
• Ensure awareness of all import/export/transshipment permits.
• Apply basic Singapore Customs procedures and HS code knowledge.
