Job summary

MTC Consulting Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a skilled Logistics Coordinator to manage TradeNet imports/exports and CW1 declarations. You will liaise with customers, forwarders and warehouse teams to ensure compliant shipments.

The role requires a Diploma/Degree in Logistics or similar, SC401 certification, and hands-on CW1 experience, with strong knowledge of TradeNet, HS classification, GST and Singapore customs rules. Based at Changi Airfreight Centre, full-time workweek.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain or related field.
• SC401 certification is required.
• Hands-on experience with CargoWise One (CW1) is mandatory.
• Good knowledge of TradeNet, HS classification, GST and Singapore Customs regulations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit TradeNet import, export and transshipment permit declarations.
• Handle permit amendments and cancellations.
• Verify shipping documents, HS codes, customs value, GST and duties.
• Liaise with customers, freight forwarders, carriers and warehouse teams.
• Maintain permit records and supporting documents.
• Process declarations using CargoWise One (CW1).
