Job summary

GLOBAL RECRUITMENT AGENCY in Singapore is seeking a Logistics Documentation Officer to handle paperwork, scan documents, and ensure accuracy of export and import paperwork including invoices, packing lists, bills of lading and customs declarations.

You will coordinate with shipping lines, freight forwarders, customers, suppliers and overseas agents, oversee day-to-day operations and maintain proper records.

Responsibilities

• Handle paperwork and scanning documents
• Prepare and check shipping/export documents, including invoices, packing list, bill of lading and customs declarations
• Coordinate with shipping line, freight forwarder, customers, suppliers and overseas agents
• Handle Import & Export permit declarations & Customs clearance
• Arrange vessel bookings and monitor shipments schedule.
• Liaise with the operations team, agents and customers regarding shipments status
• Update shipment records and maintain proper documentation
• Manage day to day operations & transactions
• Any other duties as assigned by superior/management
