Job summary

MSCI in Singapore is seeking an Implementation Manager to drive client onboarding projects from initiation to operational service. You will analyze portfolio data, configure workflows, and coordinate internal and client teams to deliver agreed deliverables.

You will lead client-facing presentations during pre-sales and contract negotiations, propose best-practice implementations, and define detailed project plans. Strong communication, risk management, and Agile project experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Fluency in written and spoken English.
• Strong knowledge of equities, fixed income, derivative products and financial risk management.
• Understanding of portfolio management theory and risk management techniques.
• Knowledge of information technologies, including portfolio or risk management systems.
• Excellent analytical, communication, organizational and time management skills.
• Experience in a client-facing role in the financial services industry.
• Self-reliant, detail-oriented and a fast learner; team-oriented and collaborative.
• Project management certification including Agile techniques (e.g. Agile Certification, PMP).

Responsibilities

• Analyze client portfolio data and manage client onboarding projects from initiation to transition into operational service.
• Lead the presentation of Implementation Services during pre-sales and contract negotiations with clients; recommend best practices.
• Prepare and present detailed project plans and solution definitions with all deliverables.
• Understand, analyze and configure technical aspects of client workflows.
• Organize resources, establish milestones and timelines with clients and internally.
• Coordinate internal and external efforts to complete tasks and resolve issues; communicate status, risks and issues to stakeholders.
