Job summary

Citi Singapore is seeking an Implementation Manager/Project Manager to lead complex client implementations in cash management and trade products. You will oversee a portfolio of 10-20 projects, ensuring timely delivery and total client satisfaction, while advising clients on project structure and tailoring solutions to their requirements.

As the main client interface, you will coordinate all project activities, support sales pitches, and ensure adherence to audit and regulatory directives.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of client management/PM experience preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of cash/trade products and related processes is an advantage.
• Strong influencing skills to manage virtual teams.
• MS Office, incl. MS Project, proficiency.
• PM certification (PMP/Prince2 or equivalent) is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage highly complex and time-sensitive client implementations/projects (cash management and trade products).
• Handle a portfolio of 10-20 client projects based on scope and complexity with high quality and professionalism.
• Ensure timely delivery and total client satisfaction; align objectives with client needs.
• Advise clients on project structure and tailor solutions to requirements.
• Act as primary client interface and coordinate all project activities internally and externally.
• Support Sales by participating in deal teams and client pitches.
• Ensure compliance with audit, regulatory, and compliance directives.
• Identify and resolve issues and escalations through proper tracking and channels.
• Seek efficiency and control improvements and implement where possible.
