Job summary

MSCI Inc in Singapore seeks an Implementation Manager to lead client onboarding projects from initiation to transition into live service. You will analyze portfolio data, configure client workflows and present solutions to clients.

You will coordinate internal and external teams, manage milestones, and communicate status, risks and improvements. Fluent English required; solid knowledge of financial products and risk management; project management certs (PMP/Agile) preferred.

Qualifications

• Fluency in written and spoken English.
• Strong understanding of financial products incl. equities, fixed income, derivatives.
• Knowledge of portfolio management theory and risk management techniques.
• Experience in client-facing role in the financial services.
• Familiarity with information technologies including portfolio or risk management systems.
• Self-reliant, detail-oriented and fast learner.
• Excellent in teamwork and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Analyze client portfolio data and manage on-boarding as an implementation project.
• Lead presentations during pre-sales and contract negotiations.
• Prepare and present detailed project plans and solution definitions.
• Coordinate internal and external resources and milestones.
• Communicate project status, risks and issues to stakeholders.
• Ensure smooth transition into operational service.
