Job summary

MSCI in Singapore seeks an Implementation Manager to analyze client portfolio data, manage the onboarding process, and deliver solutions in collaboration with clients. You will lead pre-sales demonstrations, define project plans, and coordinate internal and external resources to ensure timely delivery.

The role requires English fluency, strong financial products knowledge, and proven client-facing project management experience within financial services.

Qualifications

• Fluency in written and spoken English is a must.
• Strong understanding of equities, fixed income, derivatives and risk management.
• Experience in a client-facing role in the financial services industry.
• Self-reliant, detail-oriented and a fast learner; excellent teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Lead client implementation projects from initiation to operational service.
• Present Implementation Services during pre-sales and contract negotiations.
• Prepare and present detailed project plans and solution definitions.
• Understand and configure client workflows and technical aspects.
• Coordinate resources and establish milestones with clients and internal teams.
• Communicate status, risks and issues to stakeholders on a regular basis.
