Seacare Manpower Services Pte Ltd is seeking a proactive programme coordinator to manage stakeholder engagement and support ongoing projects in a dynamic environment in Singapore. The role involves coordinating timelines, planning outreach activities, facilitating sessions, and providing secretariat support for meetings.

Candidates should have a relevant degree and at least 2 years of experience, with strong communication and IT skills.

Competenze

• Degree in Communications, Public Relations, Social Sciences, Business Administration, Public Administration or related discipline.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in planning and implementing stakeholder engagement and outreach activities.
• Experience in project management and facilitation would be an advantage.
• Strong organisational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines independently.
• Comfortable engaging and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
• Meticulous, dependable, proactive and able to work effectively in a team.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook and Teams.
• Comfortable using generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot or Gemini to support research, drafting and daily work.

• Manage assigned projects by coordinating timelines, stakeholders, deliverables and follow-up actions.
• Support the planning and implementation of stakeholder engagement and outreach activities.
• Assist in facilitating engagement sessions, meetings and workshops.
