Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in any discipline, preferably in Business Administration, Public Policy, Communications, Social Sciences, or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned projects, including coordinating stakeholders, timelines, deliverables, and follow‑up activities.
• Support the planning, coordination, and execution of stakeholder engagement initiatives and events.
• Assist in the facilitation of meetings, workshops, focus groups, and engagement sessions.
• Provide secretariat support for internal committees and project teams, including scheduling meetings, preparing materials, recording minutes, and monitoring action items.
• Collaborate with team members to support the successful delivery of ongoing projects and initiatives.
• Perform administrative, coordination, and project support duties as required.
• Contribute to engagement, outreach, and partnership‑building activities to support organisational objectives.
