Job summary

Seacare Manpower Services Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Event/Project Manager to lead end-to-end preparations for international events in 2027. You will familiarise with existing event frameworks, manage vendors, coordinate RSVPs and on-site logistics for multiple stakeholders in Singapore.

The role requires 12+ years in event or project management, with experience in international organisations. You will support One Health-focused initiatives, prepare materials, and provide secretariat

Qualifications

• Minimum degree in a relevant discipline.
• At least 12 years of relevant working experience in event management or project management.
• Proven experience managing vendors, coordinating logistics and delivering events end-to-end.
• Experience in international organisations (e.g., WHO/ASEAN) or the public sector is advantageous.
• Strong organisational, project management and communication skills.
• Able to work independently under pressure and manage competing priorities.
• Experience in public health, food safety or One Health domains is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Familiarise with existing event frameworks, protocols and preparatory work.
• Manage event vendors and service providers to ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate RSVPs, international participants and event logistics.
• Lead on-site implementation and real-time logistics for two international events in 2027.
• Coordinate post-event follow-up, documentation and integration of key takeaways.
• Support One Health initiatives across food safety, animal-borne diseases, vector-borne diseases and environmental hazards.
• Prepare communication materials and support workshops, capacity-building events and international forums.
• Provide meeting coordination, documentation, note-taking and secretariat support.
• Contribute to literature reviews, briefing documents and horizon-scanning activities.
