Job summary

OCBC is seeking a detail-oriented Corporate Banking client servicing professional in Singapore. You’ll support Relationship Managers, ensure seamless transactional services, and deliver an outstanding client experience.

Role requires organizational skills, ability to multitask, and collaboration with internal stakeholders. You’ll handle loans, GIROs, cheques, fund transfers, and statements while maintaining accuracy and timeliness.

Qualifications

• Must have a Diploma.
• 2–3 years of related experience.
• Experience in client servicing or Operations in Banking is preferred.
• Independent and quick learner who can multi-task under time pressure.
• Good written and oral communication with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Daily handling of loan-related transactions and inquiries.
• Monitor and resolve transaction exceptions (GIRO, cheques) for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with Relationship Managers to provide smooth end-to-end services.
• Process statements, advices, and fund transfers for clients.
• Update account mandates and support trade-related activities.
• Assist with audits, confirmations, and bank reference letters.
• Run system updates and participate in ad-hoc projects and reporting.
• Maintain strong collaboration with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.
• Provide reliable operational support to senior bankers.
