Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience with online portals and recruitment platforms.
• Able to manage multiple vacancies in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Knowledge of Singapore employment laws.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Source candidates via JobStreet, MyCareersFuture, FastJobs and similar channels.
• Screen applications and arrange interviews with hiring teams.
• Handle high-volume vacancies and meet monthly targets.
• Coordinate document collection and pre-onboarding for selected candidates.
• Maintain recruitment records and track KPIs.
