Qualifications

• Experience in pre-sales engineering or technical consulting in a high-tech enterprise environment, with Singapore enterprise clients preferred.
• Strong identity security, access management, and cloud solution architecture capabilities.
• Cloud certifications (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud) required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the technical intricacies of pre-sales engagements for Singapore enterprise accounts.
• Own and deliver customer proofs-of-concept (POCs) to show technical value.
• Maintain deep knowledge of Idira’s product portfolio and identity security trends.
• Collaborate with local sales and product teams as the technical voice during evaluations.
• Craft technical RFIs/RFPs responses and present complex concepts to diverse stakeholders.
