Job summary

Palo Alto Networks is seeking a Domain Consultant in Singapore for Idira, focusing on supporting Singapore enterprise customers with identity security solutions. You will be the subject matter expert, architecting identity and access strategies and leading technical validation for complex deployments.

You will work closely with local sales and product teams, translate technical requirements into winning proposals, deliver compelling technical presentations, and drive successful proofs-of-concept

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in pre-sales engineering or systems engineering.
• Strong identity security, access management and cloud solutions knowledge.
• Active cloud certifications (AWS/Azure/GCP) required.
• Experience with LDAP, enterprise authentication and security frameworks.
• Familiarity with .NET, Java and CLI for enterprise integration.

Responsibilities

• Drive Technical Execution: manage pre-sales technical engagements for Singapore enterprise accounts.
• Own the POC: hands-on delivery of customer proofs-of-concept to demonstrate value.
• Be the Identity Authority: maintain deep knowledge of Idira’s product portfolio and identity tech.
• Partner and Collaborate: work with local sales teams and product management as the technical voice.
• Solve the Complex: handle evaluations and resolve technical escalations.
• Communicate Technical Value: present technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
• Inform Product Strategy: feed customer requirements to product teams.
• Technical Documentation: respond to RFIs/RFPs accurately.
• Evangelize: represent Idira at industry events in Singapore.
