• Cloud certifications are required (e.g., AWS Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect Expert, or Google Cloud Architect).
• Deep experience with LDAP directories and enterprise authentication methods with regulatory awareness.
• Familiarity with enterprise authentication tech such as .NET, Java, and CLI.

Responsibilities

• Drive Technical Execution: lead and manage the technicalities of pre-sales engagements for Singapore enterprise accounts, ensuring successful outcomes.
• Own the POC: hands-on delivery of customer proofs-of-concept demonstrating value across complex client environments.
• Be the Identity Authority: build and maintain deep, authoritative knowledge of Idira’s product portfolio and security architectures.
• Partner and Collaborate: work with local sales teams and product management as the definitive technical voice during technology evaluations.
• Solve the Complex: handle complex evaluations and escalations with precision.
• Communicate Technical Value: deliver persuasive, technically rich presentations to diverse stakeholders.
• Inform Product Strategy: translate customer requirements into actionable product insights for management.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive Technical Execution: Lead and manage the technical intricacies of pre-sales engagements for Singapore enterprise accounts, ensuring seamless execution and successful technical outcomes.
• Own the POC: Hands‑on execution and delivery of customer proof‑of‑concepts (POCs), demonstrating the undeniable technical value of Idira’s solutions in complex client environments.
• Be the Identity Authority: Build and maintain deep, authoritative technical knowledge of Idira’s product portfolio while staying ahead of industry innovations in identity security and zero‑trust architectures.
• Partner and Collaborate: Work seamlessly alongside local sales teams and product management, acting as the definitive technical voice for identity during technology evaluations with Singapore enterprise clients.
• Solve the Complex: Handle complex technical evaluations and workflows, swiftly resolving technical escalations with precision.
• Communicate Technical Value: Deliver highly persuasive, technically rich presentations that clearly translate intricate technical concepts to diverse stakeholders (from security engineers to enterprise CISOs).
• Inform Product Strategy: Translate technical customer requirements and deployment challenges from the Singapore enterprise market into actionable insights for our Product Management teams.
• Technical Documentation: Craft precise, comprehensive, and technically accurate responses to RFIs and RFPs.
• Evangelize: Represent Idira as a subject matter expert at industry conferences, partner events, and trade shows across Singapore.

Qualifications

• Experience: 8+ years of experience in pre‑sales engineering, technical consulting, or systems engineering within a high‑tech enterprise environment (experience working with Singapore enterprise clients is highly valued).
• Identity Expertise: A strong technology aptitude with the proven ability to understand, architect, and articulate how identity security, access management, and cloud solutions solve complex business challenges.
• Cloud Certified: Active, recognized Cloud Certifications are required (e.g., AWS Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect Expert, or Google Cloud Architect).
• Authentication Depth: Deep experience with LDAP directories, enterprise authentication methods, and security frameworks (along with an understanding of relevant regulatory compliance requirements).
• Enterprise Integration: Familiarity with enterprise application authentication technologies such as .NET, Java, and CLI.
