Job summary

Activate Interactive Pte Ltd is seeking an ICT Operations Support Engineer to manage day-to-day administration and service requests in Singapore Government ICT environments. You will oversee IT operations lifecycle, coordinate with vendors, and ensure compliance with WOG standards.

The role requires 2+ years in IT operations, experience with Microsoft 365, and strong governance and ticketing skills. A fixed-term contract (1 year) with a competitive package and flexible work arrangement is

Qualifications

Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
Minimum 2 years of experience in IT operations, IT administration, service management, or infrastructure support.
Experience supporting Microsoft 365 and workplace technologies.
Experience working with vendors and managed service providers.
Familiarity with IT service management processes and tools; experience in Singapore Government ICT environment.

Responsibilities

Raise, track, and manage ICT service requests, incidents, and operational support activities.
Coordinate with GovTech, managed service providers, and vendors to fulfill requests within SLAs.
Review service requests, approvals, and fulfilment evidence; maintain audit trails.
Monitor backlog, follow up on outstanding requests, and escalate issues as needed.
Assist in governance, security, and compliance activities and maintain documentation.
