Job summary

EXCELTECH COMPUTERS PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an IT Operations professional to manage IT services, support Microsoft 365, and work with vendors to maintain workplace technologies.

The role requires at least 2 years' experience across IT operations, admin, service management or infrastructure support, and familiarity with ITSM processes. Experience within the Singapore Government ICT environment is preferred, and knowledge of government portals is a plus.

Work location: Queenstown/Jurong

Experience

PreferredExperience

• Experience working within the Singapore Government ICT environment.
• Familiarity with WOG ICT processes, governance, and support models.
• Experience using Government ICT support portals such as:
• ITSM Portal
• SGMail Administration Portal
• EUSS Portal
• Experience supporting user provisioning, access management, email administration, and workplace technology services.
