Responsibilities

• Raise, track, and manage ICT service requests, incidents, and operational support activities.
• Coordinate with government agencies, MSPs, and vendors to fulfil requests within SLAs.
• Review service submissions, approvals, and fulfilment evidence for accuracy.
• Monitor backlog, follow up on outstanding requests, and escalate issues as needed.
• Maintain records and audit trails for operational activities.
