We are seeking experienced Analog Mixed-Signal Layout and CAD Designers to join our team in developing high-speed and RF solutions for advanced semiconductor applications. The role will support the development of solutions covering data processing, IP licensing, networking, bus, chiplet interconnect, and customised chip designs.
You will work closely with circuit design engineers to optimise layouts and ensure they meet required technical specifications. The ideal candidate is a strong team player with good attention to detail, a commitment to project timelines, and the ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
Translate schematic designs into physical layout implementations.
Perform layout design activities, including:
Floor planning and device placement
Power and signal routing
Signal and power integrity optimisation
DRC, LVS, ERC, ANT, ESD, PERC, LVL and other required physical verification
Resolve DRC violations and ensure LVS compliance
Prepare layout-related documentation and participate in layout reviews
Develop and maintain layout checklists and methodologies to ensure quality
Improve and enhance layout methodologies and processes
Participate in post-layout adjustments, block-level development and IP-related activities.
Apply knowledge of analog/mixed-signal layout fundamentals, including EM/IR, RC delay, decoupling capacitors and latch-up prevention.
Fresh graduates with a relevant Diploma or Degree in Microelectronics, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering or a related discipline are encouraged to apply.
Knowledge or exposure to analog/mixed-signal layout concepts will be an added advantage.
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Computer, Electronics Engineering, Microelectronics or an equivalent discipline.
