Job summary

WECRUIT PTE. LTD. seeks experienced Analog Mixed-Signal Layout and CAD Designers to develop high-speed RF solutions. You will translate schematics into layouts, plan floor space and route critical nets while ensuring SI/PI integrity and meeting all checks.

The ideal candidate collaborates with circuit design engineers in a multicultural environment. Fresh graduates with related diplomas or degrees are encouraged to apply, and you will work on post-layout IP activities and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Computer, Electronics Engineering, Microelectronics or related discipline.
• Knowledge of analog/mixed-signal layout concepts is an added advantage.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Translate schematic designs into physical layout implementations.
• Perform floor planning and device placement.
• Route power and signals with integrity considerations.
• Conduct DRC, LVS, ERC, ANT, ESD, PERC, LVL checks.
• Resolve DRC issues and ensure LVS compliance.
• Prepare layout documentation and participate in reviews.
• Develop layout checklists and improve methodologies.
• Contribute to post-layout adjustments and IP activities.
• Apply analog/mixed-signal layout fundamentals (EM/IR, RC delay, decoupling, latch-up prevention).
