Job summary

Sycomp is seeking a Data Center Project Manager to lead large-scale hyperscaler infrastructure deployment programs across APAC data centers. You will own end-to-end delivery, rack integration, hardware rollout, and capacity expansion initiatives, coordinating with engineering, operations, logistics, and OEM partners to ensure successful deployment at scale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, Computer Science required.
• 7–10 years of experience in infrastructure or data center project management.
• Experience supporting hyperscale, colocation, or enterprise environments.
• Strong understanding of data center infrastructure and deployment workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of data center deployment programs.
• Oversee rack integration, server/storage/network deployments, and migration activities.
• Own project plans, timelines, risks, and executive-level reporting.
• Coordinate build, installation, cabling validation, testing, and site readiness activities.
