Job summary

Pangleglobal is seeking a datacenter facility operations specialist to deliver reliable, sustainable management of our hyperscale datacenter infrastructure with global influence on facility processes.

You will own end-to-end change management, supervise data hall activities, coordinate with vendors and internal teams, and ensure uptime through robust power and cooling systems, while maintaining detailed facility documentation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of datacenter facility operations experience.
• Experience implementing 2N or N+1 power redundancy in production.
• Understanding of N+1/N+2 cooling strategies for uninterrupted operations.
• Hands-on experience with generators, chillers, cooling towers, UPS, and sub-distribution.
• Strong documentation and stakeholder coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and track CoLocation DC infrastructure projects, test and handover.
• Operate and optimize data center infrastructure for stability and efficiency.
• Own end-to-end change management for high-risk maintenance.
• Monitor operations, report events, and manage faults.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams for seamless delivery.
• Audit maintenance programs and improve facility upkeep.
• Support DC Operations as SME on design limitations and risks.
• Supervise data hall fit-outs, coordinating IT, power, and cooling.
